Well in reality everyone is different, its optimal to find what suits you through trial and error regarding volume and frequency, we are all made differnet and you can see individuals who thrive off higher volume and lower volume The overall thing you have to factor is intensity and how much strain you can put on your CNS to make gains and also know that your intake plays a major factor (bulking/cutting) and what is acceptable.
You can adjust the big 4 as you will see in the book with many different variations such as BBB (boring but big) and 3 other accessory ways to set it up. 5/3/1 has its ups and down, but its a great basic set-up and then you can modify the volume to suit your goal.

This is mountain dog training, its a slight variation due to lagging bodyparts he saw, so i am rolling with it.
Volume will be raised in phase 2 and phase 3. Each phase is 4 weeks long.
pretty much bouncing ideas off him and gathering information off his site which you can suscribe to (10$ a month) for more workouts, information, nutrition facts/articles, Q&A facts/information, Recipes, so forth and so on.. Good stuff for sure.
What? Where the hell did this come from? Don't know if serious....
Make day before, store in fridge with wrap over them
add Sludge + toppings and freeze for 20-30 minutes
Pull out and eat.
Usual Pancake/Waffle Recipe
Peanut Butter = Pb2
Carmel = Duncan Hines Carmel Flavoring
Pumpkin = Pumpkin
1 egg
2 whites
120g Flour/Pancake Mix
1/2 cup milk
50g GY/Applesauce
Baking Powder
Cinnamon
Splenda
1 scoop whey protein (if you want)
SF/FF Pudding (if you want i think it helps)
325 for 25-30 minutes

Thanks for the response. I bought the e-book after reading your message and have read through it. I love its simplicity and am going to give it a try. I'll start by following it to the letter before making any customizations.
Haha, he sees the cajun seasoning in the picture you posted of the loaves."Making my own luck" towards a 1000 pound total:

Glad i helped you bro
Oh the cajun seaoning was out because i was cooking a stifry shortly after the loaves came out and was going to put the stirfry in the oven to melt the cheese.
I usually have some sandwiches or some kind of stir-fry pre-bed with rice/potaotes/chicken/veg/beef/cheese etc.
I use a lot of spices (Cajun, paprika, tumeric, chili powder, garlic salt/pepper, cumin, red pepper, onion powder etc..)

Waffles.. something i have not made in a while. Good idea.
On the menu today for post-workout sir!
You need to keep in touch with me ASAP regarding vacation sir
Thats the plan. Calories are calories, i rather have a nice long offseason and moving into a middleweight will take time. May be a good 2 years before we see the stage again, and getting uncomfortable with BF% to move up a weight class so be it.
You must be new here. Or never visit the Meals Eating Now Thread
Its a flavoring packet, Baking aisle in grocery store. Mr I fear carbs
Honestly they are great. good flavoring for 2-3g of carbs. Highly suggest. Mocha and Chocolate Almond and Cinnamon Roll = Nom Nom Nom

Will do, man. I'm going to see if I can get a game schedule by Friday. We haven't split the boys up into teams yet, so I'm not sure I'll be able to get anything yet. If worse comes to worst, we'll make it work
