Nice job on the side laterals. I love doing those for high reps, the side delt pump you get is amazing
Keep it up dude. You're gonna tear it up on stage when you compete againMy new bulking log. http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=146899443&p=926377483#post926377483

Agreed, I die from high rep sets! His form is actually pretty damn good IMO, with the exception that the chest could be kept up a little more, but it's above his hips and he's pulling from the heels. Some people are just mechanically designed to incorporate more back lol. Besides, his legs are big enough, gotta give me some time to try and catch up

Thanks a lot guys!! Yeah these deadlifts were after 4 sets of leg press drop sets, 4 sets of squats, and 2 sets of heavier deadlifts so my legs were INSANELY pumped haha. AND theres no WAY I can pull that much now haha...some day!!

Much appreciated man! Just watched your vlog this morning....YOU GUNNA OWN YOUR PREP!!! And with Paul at your side, your FOR SURE gunna come in PEELED!
Ehhh not sure about 1RM...I don't trust those calculators PLUS I can pull an ok amount of weight for more reps WWAAAAY better than I can max out
Starting to get something there!
LMAO!!!! CANNOT STAND REDBULL!!!!! Been up for 3 days straight because its final's week and got offered a redbull from a friend...tasted like azz ;(
YES! Calculators aren't reliable...like I said...I can perform more reps over more weight better...just how my body is lol
Much appreciated man and awesome to hear it! Ever since I began doing side laterals in EVERY rep range, my delts have really started to grow!

I asked this a few pages back......when he psoted a back pic and it was covered in acne.....not to mention the massive stretch marks on his chest. Never really seen any natural guys get stretch marks on thier chest. That happens when guys start something and the get to big to fast and the skin stretches.

I believe he is natural. He is still very young, and just started working out very hard and eating right. He says hes natural so all you can do is believe. If Phil Heath told me he was natural thats a different story lol. But this kid right here, I believe him
Keep up the hard work manMy new bulking log. http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=146899443&p=926377483#post926377483
