Alright I'll do them as an assistance exercise then and just do squats with that form minus the box and just do work sets around 205-225 for now and say fuk 5/3/1 for squat day. Thanks guise.
Great skyping with you and dustyn and Mario last night all kinds of good **** will be coming.
4-5 hours of sleep again, came in at 8 and been busy as fukk in the back room. Put away a bunch of stuff and then just took furniture off the truck for like 2 hours burned at least 700 cals. Pretty much did sled pushes/pulls off the truck with the crib/glider/ottoman boxes, fun stuff + good workout, some of those had to be like 200 lbs minimum especially the dressers, hnnng. Napping and deads with Travis (new partner) and joe. Hopping over to guaranteed fitness (litter there summer 2010...Better equipment/sexy bishes a sauna, tanning, PL room, indoor track upstairs, etc and signing up for a 2 month. Will lift primarily @ bay state except when Im feeling joocy and wanna do cardio or vlog in the gym at like 3 am when noone is there, fukkin hnng. Can bring up I I believe 3 guests for free on Fridays so will always have at least 2 people on Fridays. Might bring my gf and do a vlog together and shoot dat azz/legs workout and full body stuff or have her film me, pretty cool in excited. It's like 30-40 min from my house depending on traffic but worth it. I Ey reimbursed through my dads medical up to300-400 for gym membership so it's cool.
Finishing up shift, going home and crashing til it's time to lift. Im feeling a PR. Next cycle will be my last of 5/3/1. Gonn deload on this. Skip it for box squats, put bench up 10 lbs, ohp up 7.5ish, sumos up 20-30 and 1+ week will be maxes.

370x13 on sumos is the highlight, Joe got 350 for ****in 6...amazing progress good **** joe.
still need to edit all my talking vlogs, talking vlog 2 is gonna be like 40 minutes long and talking vlog 4 around the same so will do that later tonight. out with my gf all day, gonna be looking for a dog and ****.

Played tennis yesterday and today. Last night got anther gym membership, same one as 2 years ago. 29.99/month but only if you bought a year. 2 months for $99, whatever though 24/7 and free tanning plus love the equipment
But been busy has hell have like an hour + footage of vlogs to edit. Brought gf and brother in law to gym last night since Fridays is unlimited guests, pretty cool. Worked 7-130 then been at my cousins grad party all day, strong giant extended family and random families I don't know lulz. Funny being sober around all them and we played volleyball o lawd one dude was so yucky it brought the lulz...with gf now chillin might get yucky tonight and see the dark knight with bros later, don't know. Burned so many cals today with 2 srs volleyball matches and 3 sets of actual tennis with one of my cousins who's way better. Got mad and slammed my racket, need a new one lol. Been crazy busy the past few days. Played tennis yesterday with cousins who are better than me, so it was actually competitive and a great workout. The other night I went to hang out with some friends at this kid's house who apparently had a problem with me. We've all known each other since we were little/from HS and he basically called me out in front of everyone and told me to leave which made me angry and I ended up going to the 24/7 gym I signed up on and did a few random exercises of pretty much all bodyparts. Didn't track anything and only went to about 65-70% tops but just got a pump and left basically lol, needed to cool down. Today was my niece's first birthdays and been spending a lot of time with family. I need that though, I have been closed up with them the past few years and am coming back out of my shell and really coming in to my own with them lately which has been like 4-5 years since I have felt like this around them. I have a HUGE extended family so it's nice.
Got a lot of vlog footage to edit (just talking, not lifting) that I'll throw up. I guess people don't like my videos since I am getting a bunch of dislikes lol, feel free to like it. Not that I give a **** about the ratings it just doesn't reflect well on the videos IMO. Still gonna keep on trucking until my views/name gets out there. have been tired as phuck and busy as hell lately. me and joe arent on the same days right meow but was up at 5 today, worked til 230, took a nap, had my niece's ACTUAL little bday party/food at my house, then just did ohp day. went to the 24/7 gym, feltgoodman. such a different atmosphere. brb like top 5 biggest guy there and not even close to that at bay state. brb bishes. brb that one dude i used to think was the swolest dude I ever met 2 years ago isnt that impressive to me anymore...funny how perceptions change like that
hit 135x4.5, couldnt lock it out :/
then did 45 degree incline press and got 80sx6. wanted this guy to help me get the first rep up then he kept tapping my elbows when i didnt need it, it was annoying as hell. that might be a PR, definitely is for BW/deficit not sure overall. did a bunch of arm **** and got a few more PRs. will throw up the workout later tomorrow. no vids due to not going w. joe. going to the beach tomorrow with my family up to my cousin's beach house they rented, never been to this place/heard of it hopefully it'll be fun. no work tomorrow.

So haven't been able to lift since the 24th on Tuesday, been trying to line up a workout with Joe but we are both working a ****load this week and at different times. I've been feeling very run down as of late especially in the back/leg department and that random bro workout I did on Saturday night didn't help with recovery lol. But yeah I've been wanting to go with Joe or SOMEONE so I can get help with my squat form but it hasn't worked out, I ran into my buddy from HS who is a few years younger/we used to lift/play soccer together and we're gonna go lift in a bit at the 24/7 gym. Looks like it's just gonna be me and him but it's all good. Back when we lifted together 2 years ago we had around the same lifts and he looked bigger when I saw him so this will probably be a good workout. Might record, might not. Depends on how packed the gym is/how douchey I feel. 1+ Week so bench is 215, hopefully I can get at least 2 or 3 but have been feeling weak as of late. Hopping back on IF as I seriously need to start getting srs with my diet again as it has been ****ty since last weekend when I was disregarding the cut during family parties and have pretty much not made any progress this week. Need to step it up in the deficit AND cardio department if I want to get lean. Let's go. Six Flags tomorrow so might not lift, since the 24/7 gym PL type room closes at 10 and I'll most likely still be with my GF it most likely won't happen. Sunday I'm working 8-12 then 4-12 so that day will suck balls, fuuuuu.
Going to the gym as soon as my buddy gets here, bodyisready but needs to foam roll. My shift last night was a pain in the ass and I was the only backroom person in the building so I had to do like 8 carry outs and stock all the travel systems and other **** by myself, I was done after. interdasting i foam rolled as well before i went to lift and wasnt even doing back/legs
So...my buddy bailed on me after TEXTING ME! I texted/called a few times so went without him...commence my most/one of the most epic 5/3/1 workouts. Ridiculous volume. PR'd on flat 215x4 + 1 help rep (spotter was a derp and pretty much pushed it all on my own lol)...PR'd on flat DB - 90sx6 (got the DBs up with help) and then 95sx4 with some help on the reps...never did 95s. RIDICULOUS volume. Straight up 2 hour sesh, then did 3 different ab exercises, 5 minutes tanning (yeah u mad...****'s free and need to tan my legs/even it out lulz) then when I got home I did HIIT Sprint Work - 8 sprints total on my street around 40-50 meters each, took 13 minutes. STILL haven't ate, decided to hop back on IF lulz fast started at 11 pm. 400 mg caffeine = god mode. Getting paid, hnnnng need it so bad. Working 4-9 but possibly as late as 11 if I have to stay til close. Getting cold stone after as long as it's still open and Six Flags all day tomorrow with the gf, leaving early as fuk. Tickets = paid for, fast passes = paid for. ****in Hnnnng, body is ready. Bringing flip cam.
I'll throw up the benching vid (only one I could get/no lifting partner today) and the short posing one I did after my sprints later tonight.
Feeling great right meow. Was 176.0 this morning :| but a lot of it was sodium/water from eating ****ty lately. Looked joocy post-workout especially in the abs department. My body is ready to get serious, lets ****in go guise. Will throw up the aforementioned vids + OHP + bench workout. Squat day either tomorrow if I make it in time and can have someone help me, if not I'll do cardio. REALLY need to get sessions in with joe for motivation/vids so Joe, stop going without me ******* lulz.
