some good help in here thanks guys
looks like ill be making some shakes tonight... i usually make 3 cups of pasta and 1 lb chicken then have to eat 2-4 oatmeals, cottage cheese etc... looks like the shakes will help me get to the 3k mark easily instead... i always thought protein from lean meat was much better? or was this just broscience?
