Totally smashed lower! I had ridiculous amounts of energy for some reason. I also got some proteinz in the mail today from chef Bob. Traded him some pop tarts (flavors he couldn't find in PA) for some Allmax chocolate mint. He addressed the package to Billy "pop tart" Ryan. Good times lol. Looking forward to having some chocolate mint proats with andes mints before bed tonight. Delish! I've got a TON of homework to do this weekend, so I moved some clients over to next week. I have the whole weekend free... to sit in front of a computer screen . Oh well, that's life!! Looking forward to upper hyper in the AM!*Professional comic book geek* *semi-pro cartoon collector* *full time nerd*

Great job on the workout, good to hear you had tons of energy. The worst thing to do is to schedule a workout after a chemistry lab; so draining. Dat weekend... sounds wild.
I told my brother that the most intredasting thing I was doing for the next few days was going to the grocery store, so I know how you feel.

Hey BNizzle. How's it going? I know I posted in your log a couple times, a while back. I always wanted to be just like you, brett, paul, erik stevens, matt ogus, and pretty much everyone with 3DMJ. I couldn't stick to macros though, I always under estimated my macros. I would cut them so low (for me). That I would hate doing macros. That made me real jealous of you guys that would get shredded with IIFYM and you guys are all super strong. Now, that I found numbers that work for me. I realized I can eat a lot of carbs and still lose weight while maintaining my strength. Which is a good thing I guess. Now I love IIFYM I wouldn't have it any other way.
Keep doing what you're doing man. You are pretty motivational and your food porn is epic.

Good workout today! Sarah and I went to see Hunger Games afterward... I read the series a little over a year ago, and must say they did a pretty good job with the movie. It felt a lot shorter than 2 1/2 hours, that's for sure. Going to grill a burger and then we're heading out. Not sure what we're doing, but I'm going to take the day off from homework and just cram it all tomorrow and Sunday lol. Enjoy some eats!

I thought the Hunger Games was actually decent considering I read the series as well.
Nice workout & f*cking nice FOOD! I don't know where to start man...
Those italian oats look terribly good & Count Chocula has been a favorite of mine since I was a little kid. Much harder to find these days.
I'm admirin the Ciabatta bread. Try meatball marinara on ciabatta bread. You will love it.
Those cakes looks so good, but I can't see them b/c they are drowned in delicious sludge!! Keep it up billy.

I'm pretty happy with how my workout went. Squats felt heavy, but I did what I could. I decided my new power movement will be sumos for lower, so I wanted to see where I stand weight wise. Was rather happy with my pulling, especially after squatting and without straps. I feel like if I'm fresh, I have an EASY 410 in me.
