got through 2 sets and then got a TERRIBLE tension headache. Had to stop
misc.
I definitely felt great on the deads. I'm excited to see what a couple more rounds of 5/3/1 will do for me strength wise. The headache I got was SEVERE. To the point where I had to close my eyes, massage my temples, etc. I must have been straining a bit when I got that last rep on deads haha.
dark chocolate chunk, chocolate pancakes w/pb, vanilla sludge and fruit
^^not sure of exact macros, but they were a little over 1100 cals ^^

lurked your last contest prep log and couldn't beleive what you ate and how lean you got. another good example of the iifiym crew right here.
brb i'm one of those guys who ate nothing put veggies and chicken for 14 weeks for my show prep and hated your stinking guts! (my show prep was the same time as yours!)

I dought it due to the fact i shop TJ's frequently and never seen them (however different locations carry different products), and I have been hunting for a damn pretzel roll around here for weeks.......
@Bill - How did you like the Krave DC?
My personal opinion - i hated them . To be honest, they tasted like a extremely ****ty version of Pepperidge Farms Wafer Cookies. Better off just buying those and braking them the size of Krave Cereal and adding that to the concoctions. Going to be doing a review on my food blog i got going, just gotta write it up.
