after using leg drive on the first rep, my upper back slides back and my whole form is shot

I use a hoodie, it grips a lot better than a shirt for experience.
I also use to slip a bit, at the time it was because my arch wasn't good and the leg drive wasn't planting my traps to the bench, the force rather moved horizontally."Do not subordinate fundamental principles to minor details."
