woke up today with some weird sternum / chest / heart pain has happened a few times before so getting looked at tomorrow
10 min warm up took 2 bins down the drive way good warm up - drive way is long as - live on a farm
25 mins of intervals - sled pulling on the last set the dam thing broke ! so sprinted 15 seconds more dma will have to get it fixed the pole on the sled snapped as i was 15 seconds into the interval
10 min cool down walk
reverse crunches x11x11x11

what are your macros lately? hangout in there with the low calories and cardios...lol

dude last1-2 weeks have been rough as guts struggerling but i love it haha i have lost about 2,5kg-10kg on lifts doesnt bother me i knew it was going to happen the irst time you loose it it sucks hard ! and for the sets bit i posted a few post back what im doing :P here ( for the people im only posting highlights of actual workout not full detail i do more than 1 set per exercise :P mostly 3 sets sometimes 4 and sometimes 2

this is really confusing. i've talked to a few people high up in the INBF, and they said geranium root, 1-3 dimethyl, etc is completely 100% legal and fine to take. i wonder if they treat it differently in australia than they do in the US?
edit: my bad, when you wrote "inba" i thought it said "inbf." obviously different federations handle the 1-3 dimethyl differently, smart choice to play it safe.

Ahhh you'll be able to do that buddy! I'm from the UK, brah. And I'd love to have a log, but I'm working 50+ hour weeks, so with training I wouldn't have time to update it (plus, I bet no-one'd read it, ha!)...15.8 is ridiculous! ha! Mine are only just 14.5...Hopefully stick an inch on during this bulk!
