Okay, I'm subscribed on a few conditions man:
- I want to see great tasting food, and lots of it.
- I want to hear about how much fun you are having, and I never want to hear you worrying about food, training, or any of that crap. It's not important at your age.
- I want to see you lifting hard in the gym, and playing hard outside of it.
- I never, ever, ever want you to feel like you owe anything to anyone. No-one should have the power to make you feel happy except yourself. If anyone ever says anything nasty, ignore them.
You're very young in the scheme of things, but that doesn't mean that you shouldn't be taken seriously. Please don't get obsessed with all of this nonsense. Only do it for as long as you are enjoying it. There are so many more important things to worry about at 15. I am not discouraging you in the slightest, I'm looking forward to reading about what you're getting up to. Just please remember life is a balance my friend.
Very excited for this one
Edit: Lose the cardio. There is no need to be doing cardio at your age and weight. You're tiny man, dropping the cardio will be a step in the right direction, both physically and mentally.Last edited by InfinityBeyond; 07-25-2011 at 01:42 PM.

do you count calories?
if so please stop, getting away from the calorie based way of thinking(for a while at least) is very important to recover properly
you are very young and still growing so just try to eat a lot and not think too much about it.
btw why the cardio? if you enjoy the activity start soccer again maybe?

sub'd
regarding your question on diet:
Dont ned to count cals/macros at this point
As long as you eat normally and include a protein source wit your meals you will easily reach your protein/fat requirement. If you aren't gaining add a snack or increase portions.
Ditch formal cardio and play sports with friends.

bro... you know I'm in on this. Also, I'd drop the extra cardio too since you play sports.

In.
I like the idea of not counting calories....but if that's not going to happen stick to what I sent you...that should be enough food. You should really just ditch counting though.
I like the idea of doing starting strength as well, what you have now would work just fine too.

Everyone seems to agree man.
I posted it straight away.
- Drop the cardio
- Don't get obsessed with calorie counting
- Make sure you are only doing it for as long as you enjoy it
- At your age the most important thing is having a life and being happy. Calorie counting and food planning should take a back seat.
As for the eating disorder; I know you are very adamant that you are over it, but I wouldn't be so complacent man. Sounds like you're still scared of putting on weight, which even if you justify it as a normal fear, it doesn't bode well. You are not officially recovered from anorexia until a few years after you have shown any strong signs of it.
Please take the advice of everyone, you're not going to be very happy if you think that you can do it all on your own. You'll quickly find that it will become all-consuming if you let it.
At 15, it's all about friends, family, TV, tasty food, and videogames. Remember that.Make A Meal Of It App: http://makeameal.co

In and sub'd on this and all the shenanigans that will follow.
Kinda agree with the others WRT just eat, but be sensible about it. You're young and gonna be entering your prime years soon so you have to make the most of it. I wish I got into all this malarky at an earlier stage in my life.
Just make sure you maintain a healthy balance between BB and real life. Keep a solid social life and eat big/ get big and you will be onto a winner in 3/4 years time man.
Jelly of your determination/enthusiasm/support at such a young age.
