any ways like the title says back up to 270 from my start weight of just under 300 just over 3 years ago...
but back to the topic at hand i have been looking into the keto diet and i was just wondering if some people could help?
my questions would be from what i understand '(from what i have read) i basically want to eat around 270 grams of protien per day
and have under 50 grams of carbs as wellbut im a little confused with the fats part if someone could clear that up i know you are suppose to eat a lot more but...
then i get lost
