Making this tomorrow, but I have a question.
I have no almond milk. I plan on subbing about 30g 2% Cottage Cheese in instead. I think it may give a creamier texture to the brownie. However, I also have standard 2% milk I could always use instead if you guys think the CC may be a bad idea?
Thoughts?IIFYM - not even once.

M&Ms
Ingredients:
• 500g Cottage Cheese; the one I buy is more liquidy (close to yogurt) then regular c.s. so you might want to add ~100ml to the final mixture
• 3 Scoops of Vanilla protein powder; any flavor will be good tho
• 70g Wholewheat flour
• 30g Cane Sugar
• 3 eggs
• 300-400g strawberries
• Tablespoon of baking powder
• 80g Cashews (or any other nuts)
• Bag (60g) of M&Ms
Directions:
0) Preheat your oven to 180°C (355°F)
1) Grind the peanuts in blender, I prefer them chunkier, with bigger parts
2) Dice your strawberries
3) In big bowl mix all dry ingredients (flour, sugar, protein powder, baking powder and nuts), stir that up
4) Add all your liquid ingredients, stir that all up again
5) Slowly mix strawberries into this mixture, try to not mash them too much
6) Pour into muffin tray and add one M&M on the top each muffin
7) Bake for 25 minutes. I was able to make 17 muffins out of this batch.[IIFYM]

So I'm bored with sweet pancakes. Mixing it up with some cornmeal pancakes served with the rest of my chili. Chili is one of those dishes that actually benefits from a night in the fridge so this was awesome.

I'm from North Idaho, Hella is for the irony as I live in Seattle now and its hipster central.
Pita Pit in my opinion is super hit or miss depending on what store you go to. The one in Cd'A is bomb as hell though as its the National Headquarters and has everything and super fresh.
