    I want to get BIG

    I'm new to the forum and want to bulk up. I've been lifting for about a year and want to try a new program. I would say I'm somewhere between a novice and intermediate. Which program, WS4SB or Derek Charlebois 12 Week Bulking Trainer, would y'all recommend? Any personal experience with either would also be really helpful

    Hmm well to be honest I wouldn't recomment either of them. If you are relatively new then start the SS program.
    Or give a bit more info about yourself:
    Height
    Weight
    Body fat %
    Goals
    Supplement you take
    Days you can train

    and I'm sure someone will help you figure out a plan on here.

    What's your lifts?

    If your goal is purely, 100% size then in my opinion the most efficient path is to get your big 3 up to a solid level, at least something like 400, 250, 450 and then change over to a split where you're hitting each muscle group at least every 5 days.
