since I've started the log I've been home probably 6 total hours where I'm not sleeping, cleaning, doing work, homework, studying, preparing food, rushing out the door, or trying to spend some time with my babies (cats) who I haven't seen in a week.
So I'll try to get some starting pics up tomorrow

Yo Eric - I suspect my overly tight hips are robbing me of proper squat depth. Any stretches and/or SMR techniques you can reccommend?

hey what's up man! glad to have you
Clement! Go ahead and eat! I'll have em up this evening when my wife gets off work and I get home from training clients and what not
Yes sir, I'm doing a week of hyphy, week of strenf
depends on where you are tight, could be in the IT bands, TFL, piriformis, glutes, hip flexors, etc.
But a foam roller is not just a tool to reduce tightness, but also to find it. Spend 10 minutes rolling on your ITs and TFLs, and then your glutes, use a tennis or soft ball if you can in the medial glutes and see where it makes you wanna jump off the ball/foam roller the most
198.4lbs this morning, should level off pretty soon, losing good amount of bloat, down 2lbs from starting 4 days ago

On board for this year as well....its doesn't seem like you have taken a day off since your last competition ended. Your always on the ball with your diet and training. That's what it takes to win an overall.
