I'm curious as to what I should be curling on preacher curl with an easy curl bar?
My max bench is 335, Deadlift is 405, and I have no clue what my max squat is as it's been a while.
I typically will put a 35 on each side of the ez curl bar and do 10 very slow concentrated reps for about 3 to 5 sets then drop down to 25's and rep out to about 12 strict concentrated curls. Should I be doing more than this?
As for dumbbell tricep extensions I'll usually grab a 100lb dumbbell and rep it out 10 to 12 times for 5 sets.
Any advice or tips?
