what's your training looking like now-a-days juicy J?
Awesome pics. Great size. Look thick. Solid. Tight. Keep us all posted on your continued progress with any new progress pics or vid clips. Show us what you got man. Wanna see how freakin' huge, solid, thick and tight you can get. Thanks for the motivation.

lol ****eee almost took me another 3 months to reply, time really flies by. I look at this thread and see just that and depresses me I’m essentially the same strength as I was 7 years ago haha
Maxed at 385 a few months back at 212-217 bodyweight
Dropped a few pounds and I’m 205-208 now. Haven’t tried to max but I was pleased with 295 x 5 incline last week and I did curls with the ex curl bar (cheating with back ) 195 x 5.
Not bad for being back from the dead
How’s your training going? Dead or alive?Journal:

Don't feel bad, I'm weaker now than I was seven years ago. Can't be 22 forever, I guess. I'm okay with not PRing all the time, I just want to lift.
I've been lifting this whole time, never took any long breaks. Started running last year just because, so my squat took a dive. Working on bringing that back up now. Started training chin ups last year, so I can finally do body weight chin ups for reps after 10+ years of lifting lol.
How is lower body training going? Doing any squats?***** R.I.P Timothy J. Mckenny or Frvrmuscle as you know him *****
