Bob is REALLY thin skinned dude, Ive never pinched someone with a sum of 22 mm on a 9 site, think about that, thats about 2.5mm on EVERY skinfold average. Now we just gotta make sure he keeps eating into the show. He fought me on the 400 carbs I wanted in him after I saw him. He is very depleted and flat right now, so Im just gonna keep feeding him into the show, he was back to 148 this morning, would like to fill up to about 150 we'll see....nice work Bob.

PS: I missed it, but on that rear dub bi the arms need to come up, the bi should be above the shoulder joint. Correct that.

Thank you everyone for your comments and support, honestly it aids in my drive towards the stage knowing I have people looking over me and backing my decision to get on stage and do this. It helps so much mentally with overcoming obstacles knowing that people are there by my side.
