Thanks man, my omelettes are always a little on the dry side though ugh, im workin on it. As for the cereal, Im about t minus 10 seconds from trying it lol will report back after nom.

How do you just randomly decide you want something and then bake it? I don't know **** for baking. I really need to learn this skill so I can start making little loaves and cakes and pies and muffins of awesomness.

Hey guys, been following this tread for a few weeks now, some pretty inspiring food in here. Today i made some mocha cappuccino protmeal for the first time, it was amazing. I will be definitely be making this again soon.

Lots of trial and error lol you just give everything a try, if it works it works if it doesn't then throw it out and try again.
This is coming from someone who used to think cocoa powder, peanut butter, crushed garlic, chilli powder and hot water would make a good sauce to go with chicken + broccolli...you learn from these mistakes lol

Pumpkin pie proats: 1 cup oats, 1 cup pumpkin, 9 pumpkin spice kisses, pumpkin pie spice, splenda, cinnamon, whip cream
Pumpkin cheesecake proats: substitute kisses for 15g cinnamon chips and 1/2 box sf/ff cheesecake pudding mix
8 oz. london broil(top round steak), spuash and zucchini, garlic mashed red potatoes

My lunch: Pita w/ tuna/ff cheese, 1tblsp of Miracle Whip, mustard, and garlic powder. And homemade lavash ships with garlic & lemon and pepper seasoning salt!
330 calories, and I'm stuffed! 35g+ of protein.
