    NOTES: Chest was still very sore. Upset at how difficult 315 x 8 felt :/. I feel that I could only get 10-12 .

    NOTES My whole body was sore going into this workout...especially my back. These really hit my mid back/lats really hard

    I always assumed since I was so awesome at pressing and so crappy at deadlifting that I just had short arms. I guess at 6'4 it'd be hard to have short arms, but yea my gym only has your std. olympic bars and I covered it easily.

    We'll see, I think I still have a 275 seated OHP somewhere in the journal. After all the flack I get with the vids they are almost more trouble than they are worth. Especially when I don't personally use the vids for anything.

    Yea Rack pulls seem to be a good indicator of my conventional deadlift...as the rack pulls go up so does my DL. As for Dips I did 5 sets of varying reps some 5, other 3, others 8. I don't really record dip reps since my RC can be a huge limiting factor on some days, so I base a lot of it off of feel.

    LET ME EXPLAIN: Boy's today was my first day even touching a weight in 1.5 months. Obviously I was rusty, but took it easy. My endurance was pretty god awful though and this workout above took me like an hour...worked up a nice sweat. 'Twas a riveting session back...except for benching being alot heavier than I thought it would be.
