LET ME EXPLAIN: Tried squat singles and they were mad hard! I had the bro again and he was there and told me when I reached parallel to ensure I went low enough but apparently I have flexibility issues s he said my ass rounded at the bottom :/. I was pretty fing wipped out after that but I actually reached a program PR on the DL and this is only my 2nd time doing them! So all in all I am pretty F-ing excited and I am sore as fuck! My shirt was more soaked than STYD's bed at night time. I am curious how my body will respond tomorrow and I really need to invest in a squat cage as that last single at 450 was a little shaky for my liking.

Na I won't force, he'll want to do it on his own since he is already lifting. He's nothing like me though, he legit looks like he lifts for BB. He is very lean but muscular and even he can bench 185. He is only 14 and 5'9 160....far cry from 24 6'4 300....lolz IL better improve that bench quick or my lil brother is gonna be out benching him!

EDit: lol somehow I missed the new page since my computer is retarded and didn't load everything properly. Nice squats dude. And nice power cleans. Do you actually have good form on those or are you muscling them up like I'm imagining?

Yea I have thought about it, I was thinking of running back when I do chest, tri's and delts but I wasn't sure it that would adversely affect my squat. I might consider running either cleans w/ chest or deads w/ chest. Right now my split is:
Monday: Chest/Tris/Delts
Tuesday: Legs/Back/Bis
Wed: OF
Thursday: Chest/Tris/Delts
Friday: Legs/Back/Bis
