    Supine row, overhand or under?

What is your opinions on weighted supine row for muscle thickness. And what would be the best option for center back thickness - Over hand - under hand - wide pull - pulling to the chest - or pulling to the chin.
Train in this moment, sweat in this moment, and by tomorrow you will be a beast.

The only thing that can hold me back, is myself.
