I started a workout today to help me lose weight. I dont have any weights just the "perfect pushup" and a Heavy duty fitness band. Did the workout that I was supposed to do w/ the "perfect pushup". Did triceps, biceps, and chest w/ the fitness band. Then afterwards I did intervals of 3 each 25, 50, and 75 yrd wind sprints up and incline for cardio. My plan is to lift and do cardio Mon-Fri and maybe cardio 6 times a wk. I lifted a lot weights in my past but cant realy say I've got back into the swing of things for 3yrs. I'm 5' 8" 235 now and want to get down to 185. Never realy been ripped and thats not my goal, I've always had a bulky frame. Also taking NO2 and Whey Protein (150g). Need some pointers to help me out. Also, With my diet I usually dont get a meal in untill around noon and eat to big of servings at dinner. Any pointers to help me reach my goal is much appreciated. Also any supplement's I could take advantage of too will help.
