First off, big thanks to Bob and Primaforce for hooking me up! I'm hoping the 1,3 Dimethylamylamine will give me the energy to keep pushing (and gaining) weight after long days of work and school. For those who aren't familiar with 1,3 Dimethylamylamine, here's a little rundown:
1,3-Dimethylamylamine is a derivative of geranium oil which resembles the body?s own chemical messenger, epinephrine (adrenaline). Like adrenaline, 1,3-Dimethylamylamine is a powerful CNS stimulant, for added energy, increased clarity and a boost in physical performance, especially valuable to athletes during calorie restriction or when a high level of focus is needed. For fat loss, 1,3-Dimethylamylamine works through a similar chemical pathway as ephedrine, causing a rise in cAMP, the chemical messenger that triggers fat release.

DIET
I'd love to post up an exact plan of what I will eat everyday at exactly the same time, but it changes. If I'm feeling particularly ambitious, I'll try to aim for a 40/30/30 (Carb/Protein/Fat) split, but most days I aim for about 160-200 grams of protein, a good amount of fruits and vegetables, and fill the rest with other carbohydrates and fats. I aim for at least 4,200 calories per day. If I go over, I cry about it and then make a "OMG WHAT NOW/IS MY LIFE OVER?" thread in the nutrition section.
What I've been eating lately:
Carbohydrates:
Broccoli
Cauliflower
Bread
Oats/Oat Bran
Rice Cakes
Popcorn
Beans
Potatoes (Sweet and White )
Cereal
Fruit (Apricots, Blueberries, Raspberries)
Squash
Goldfish (Pizza flavor)
Tortilla Chips
Mrs. Fields Cookie Dough Snacks
Protein:
Whey
Fish (Flounder, Roughy, Tilapia)
Chicken
Turkey
Ground Beef
Cheese (Cheddar, Cottage)
Fat:
Nuts (Almonds, Cashews, Pecans, Walnuts)
Hummus (Garlic, Chipotle, Red Pepper)
Peanut Butter
Sunflower Seed Butter
Chip Dip (Bacon Horseradish, French Onion, Southwestern)
Edy's Loaded Ice Cream
TRAINING
Currently I'm running a Push/Pull Split, although when I get to school and have more equipment I might transition to Max-OT or just a regular body part split. Right now, my schedule is:
Sun - Push
Mon - Pull
Tues - Conditioning/Abs
Wednesday - Pull
Thursday - Conditioning/Abs
Friday - Push OR Full-body
Saturday - Off
GOALS
Like most, I'm trying to gain some lean mass. I know that's kind of vague, but I'd like to get up to around 175-180 and see how that looks. I'm not in a particular hurry, and I do play sports at school, so I'm not going to do a non-cardio bulk. I put in a lot of effort in the gym and I'd like to at least look the part, even if I have no plans at this point to step on stage. Down the road, who knows - but I'll have to start looking more jacked and less jockey-like for that.
DOSAGE
Based on other reviews and some advice from Bob, 25-50mg seems to be enough for a boost. I'll begin with 25mg (one pill) around 30 minutes preworkout and change it as necessary.
EXPECTATIONS
I'm hoping to find a replacement for caffeine, because while it feels great to have it, I don't like how mentally dependent I get on it. From what I've read, 1,3D seems to give a nicer energy without a crash and occasionally a little euphoric feeling as well, which I will not complain about.Last edited by soundcheck129; 08-03-2009 at 04:04 PM.

WORKOUT NOTES
Good energy and solid lifts today, tried to slow it down and pay a lot of attention to form on the deads and SLDL. Legs were sore this morning but that didn't seem to effect me that much, or at all.
PRODUCT NOTES
Well....that was a nice start The 25mg of 1,3 Dymethylamylamine gave me a noticeable boost, felt like some nervous energy but not jittery or anything. It was a good feeling overall, no crash afterward. The big test will be to see if I can sleep tonight or not.ALLMAX Nutrition Rep

TUESDAY AUGUST 4 - CONDITIONING
MUSICAL SELECTION
WILCO - SIDE WITH THE SEEDS
WORKOUT
DB Thrusters x 25
Weighted Russian Twists x 75
Jumping Jacks x 30
Weighted V-Ups x 50
DB Swings x 20 (each arm)
Mountain Climbers x 50
Burpees x 30
Flutter Kicks x 75
BW Squats x 50
Weighted Leg Lifts x 75
Chinups x12
Stair Sprints x 5
Bicycle Crunches x 75
Repeated six times, 30 - 60 second rest between.
Finished it off with a mile run/jog.
WORKOUT NOTES
Well that was fun and exciting...a lot better than running the entire time I'd say. A lot of sweat today, the lack of rest wasn't that bad. I've done circuits like this before but I tried to make this a bit more challenging by adding chinups and five more burpees.
PRODUCT NOTES
The 1,3 Dymethylamylamine seemed to raise my body temperature even before I started this workout, but I stayed hydrated so I didn't overheat, and I don't think the supplement alone made me sweat. The energy from this is a lot different from caffeine, which gives me an urgent buzz like I have to go do something or I'll be bouncing off the walls. The 1,3 Dymethylamylamine isn't a rush like that, really...I think I noticed it more as I got farther into the workout, it was more of a "hey, this isn't that bad" sort of feeling.
No problems sleeping last night except for it being hot, which again, I don't think is the supplement.ALLMAX Nutrition Rep

I love pretty much every Avenged song, but that is one of the best...I play along with it on my guitar at least three times a week.
Haha...I've adopted your "balls out" approach to cardio. Although this just probably means my anaerobic capacity is great but my endurance is terrible.ALLMAX Nutrition Rep

WEDNESDAY AUGUST 5 - PULL
MUSICAL SELECTION
OH SLEEPER - SON OF THE MORNING
WORKOUT
* denotes a dropset, number after the * is reps with lower weight
RP denotes a rest-pause, number after the -RP- is reps after pausing for rest (10 sec)
Mixed Grip Chin Up to Chin Up to Pull Up: 12-8-8; 13-9-9; 13-8-9; 14-8-9
Deadlift: 5x275; 5x275; 5x275; 5x275
Underhand Row: 7*9; 6*8; 8*9; 7*10
SLDL: 8; 7; 8; 7
BB Curl: 6*6; 6*6; 6*7; 6*7
Lateral Raise: 8*10; 8*11; 8*12; 8*12
Deficit Deadlift: 6; 6; 6; 6
Single-Arm Pulldown: 7; 7; 7; 7
WORKOUT NOTES
I thought this went well, the chinup giant set was insane, sick pumps though. Tried to take some more rest time between the sets of deadlifts, I think that helped with control.
PRODUCT NOTES
A bit awkward to report but....I felt absolutely nothing from the 1,3 Dymethylamylamine today. Didn't detect the increased body temperature and certainly did not feel any energy, I came out flat to say the least. I'm not sure what the issue was, but I guess tomorrow is another day.ALLMAX Nutrition Rep
