    first off, genetics, 2nd, muscle memory, 3rd on some sort of gear to add 5 lbs of muscle a week.

    not possible doing it all natural. btw he def not 205 in that video more like 175-180.

    how did he come up with 315 for 4? when he just showed a video of him not even been able of getting one!! The mans a legend i know, and i believe he is capable of coming back real strong again.

    I'm guessing that 315 for 1 was literally the first thing he did in the gym. He said he was just doing a forced rep to gauge what he could do. I took that to mean that he was trying to get a sense of what weights he should work with after doing that first test rep. That's probably why he struggled more.

    I know there have been days where my first rep with 135 felt heavier than my 10th rep with 225. Just that initial body-still-tight crap that happens sometimes.

    They were 100lb dumbells. I have the vid. There was another youtube vid where someone edited it and made it look like it was only 70 lbs or so... And he curled the 100s for 5 with good form...
    His arms were massive. Could quite possibly be 24 inch offseason. He had bigger arms than coleman.. Thick. Not peaks.. And colemans were legit 23 inchers.

    They were 100lb dumbells. I have the vid. There was another youtube vid where someone edited it and made it look like it was only 70 lbs or so... And he curled the 100s for 5 with good form...
    His arms were massive. Could quite possibly be 24 inch offseason. He had bigger arms than coleman.. Thick. Not peaks.. And colemans are were 23 inchers.
    Heath arms are 20.5 on stage claimed by the man itself...That vid was like 1 week away from the Olympia 2000 i doubt they are bigger then 21,his guns are more or less the same size of Heath's...

So it could be that he wasent putting much effort into that 315, you see the bar slow down a bit then speed back up, it could be because he forgot how heavy 315 feels, what intensity it requires to move that weight and realized that half way through the rep then kicked it in gear when the bar started to move quickly to the top.
