Hey guys sorry I am a little late but here it is...
I'm Logging Project C for animal. To my knowledge project C is a fat burner.
This is my first Log.
This is going to last a total of 3 weeks at 2 packs a day.
My main purpose for this is to shred off some fat and get more defined...
I have lost 65-70 lbs total already over the past 2 yrs.
My diet consists of a cutting diet
I am also supplementing with pak/pump and whey
Here are my measurements:
Chest - 41 in.
Biceps - 15 in. (flexed)
Waist - 37 in.
Thighs - 24 in.
Calves - 15 3/4 in.
(measurements done at thickest part of each body part/muscle)
My weekly split looks like this:
Monday - Biceps/Triceps/Calves
Tuesday - Chest/Legs - Abs
Wens - OFF
Thurs - Back - Abs
Friday - Shoulders/Delts
Day 1 - May 19, 2009
Dead Weight First thing this morning ( I will always weigh like this ): 200lbs
Took project C at 5:30 A.M.
Worked out at 6:00 A.M. (protein/energy bar at start of wkout)
Post wkout Protein Shake - 7:15 A.M.
Breakfast - 7:45 A.M.
10:00 A.M. - Meal
12:00 P.M. - Took project C
12:20-30 P.M. - Lunch
3:00 P.M - Protein shake
5:30 P.M - Supper
7 30 - 9 P.M. - Will have another meal
Notes:
Had a great workout this morning. Didnt feel over energetic but I was feeling good. I remove the stim pill from pump to prevent overdosage of stims. Worked well, overall I had great energy and all my maxes went up ( starting back up after taking week off ).
When I took the 2nd pack of Project C at lunch I noticed later while in class I was writing really sloppy b/c of the increased energy and it caused me to be shaky. Besides the sloppy handwriting I felt great.
For the most part my meals and wk out splits will stay the same during this log. If you guys want to know exactly what my wk outs look like rep and set wise lemme know...

Alright so bad start this morning... My GF stayed the night last night and when I got up to go lift this morning at 5 she gave me the guilt trip and I ended up not going.
Anyway I took my first pack of project C this morning at 7:30 A.M... Went to class... Didnt end up lifting till around 3 PM...
Here it is...
Since I didnt get up early I couldnt catch my DEAD weight so Ill let you know my weight tomorrow...
-Today is BACK DAY
Took 2nd pack of project C and pump at 2:30.... 15 min later I started feeling good... Got to the gym at 3 and ate my carb bar...
Heres where it starts get CRAZY... I started with pull ups and was blasting them out... I felt so strong and energized...
It just kept getting better... I was blowing all my exercises maxes out of the water... I usually only increase by 5 lbs but today I was increasing each set by 10-15 lbs!!! I didnt feel like an animal more like a monster... To describe, I felt like a cheetah on crack......
After my workout I wasnt satisfyed I wanted more and I was still exploding with energy and power... I just wanted to bolt.... So I got on the treadmill and did HIT for 7 mins... I went balls out b/c I wanted to drain that energy... It was good tho... Amazing just incredible....

199 lbs this morning
Took C around 9:30 A.M. and going to take it again 1:30 P.M...
I Know my weight hasnt changed much but I can tell a difference.... Im pretty sure im gaining muscle and im sure the creatine is keeping/adding water weight...
Also the energy C gives me during my workouts is insane..."Variety is the Spice of Life"

Weight today - 199lbs
Took my first pack a bit late today... around 11:00 A.M.
Took my 2nd pack around 3:00 P.M.
Went and ran around 3:30 P.M..... (felt great)
Overall I'm feeling great.... I have been sticking to my cutting diet and even though my weight is still the same I'm seeing results in this first week. I'm starting to get more defined and I'm positive project C has a big part to do with that. Also another reason I may not be showing a great loss in weight is because I'm putting on muscle. I have been having amazing workouts and my maxes are still going up.

Sorry bro I just got time to get on here... I'm taking summer classes and I got a final tomorrow (7x7 class)... its been a busy week between class/weights/work.... hope you guys understand sorry I made you guys wait...

Weight - 200lbs
Today was really my first workout of the week bc the gym was closed on monday due to memorial day. Switched my routine up a bit to Chest/Legs on monday ( tuesday ) and Arms/calves to tuesday ( wensday ).
Took C around 7:00 A.M.
- Didnt get to the gym that morning
Took 2nd pack of C with pump pre workout at around 3 P.M. got to the gym at 3:30 P.M.

Arm's/Calves workout day
Weight - 198 lbs
Took C (5:15 A.M.) and Pump (5:30 A.M.)
-Got to gym at 6:00 A.M.
Took C again at 12:00 P.M.
Along with today and yesterday I felt weak. I'm pretty sure thats due to the switching up of my routine though.
Right now I'm really sore... With that I have been really hungry these past days but im still eating healthy, just a bit bigger portions...
Also, Not a great change in weight but once again im sure im gaining muscle and losing fat... I can definately see a change in body composition...
@ Universal Reps - Is there anything else you guys would like to know or for me to cover? This is my first log and im just trying to get you all the information I can think of.
If you would like me to include exactly what my workouts consists of... ex. exercises, sets/reps I can... Along with everything in my diet...
Also one thing I can mention is my body is fairly used to the stims....

Took C again at Noon...
Very sore today... had great workouts this week so far... Threw in cardio this week...

Today is my day off. However I cant just take days off so heres what it looked like...
Took C this morning at 7:15 A.M
Took C again at 3:30 P.M.
- Went home and had pre wkout meal
by the time I was done stretching and stuff I was running by 5:20 P.m.
Running sucked hardcore... legs felt like lead, just totally not normal from how I normally feel when I run.. After I felt like I didnt get much out of running so I went on a bike ride... I ended up biking for about 2 hours..
After I had a shake.... and now I'm about to go make supper
So this is the 3rd week I been taking C and I think I got about 5 more days...
The first week was different. C took some getting used to. The 2nd week C was still giving its kick just not as much... And now, the 3rd week I can hardly tell I'm taking it (not saying its not doing anything).
Anyway I never hooked you guys up with this but this is what my workouts look like...
-Chest
Bench - 5x5
Incline bench - 5x5
Decline bench - 5x5
Dumbell bench press - 4x10
-Legs
Squats - 5x5
Hamstring curls - 4x10
Quad extensions ( think this is the right term ) - 4x10
-Arms
biceps
(standing) 45lb bar curls with weight - 4x10
(sitting) 45lb bar curls with weight - 4x10
Dumbell curls - 4x10
Preacher curls - 4x10
triceps
tricep extensions - 4x10
weighted dips - 4x10
-Back
Pull ups - 4x till failure
dumbell rows - 4x10 (bent over on bench pulling weight towards your chest one arm at a time)
sitting down row machine - 4x10
Another back pulley machine - 4x10
Lat pulldowns - 4x10
For my Abs I do some basic ab work
Shoulders and Delts have their own day... I do explosive training on that day as well... I'm not going to mention the names of the exercises bc I got no idea what most of them are called I just know how to do them (lol)."Variety is the Spice of Life"
