Hey, this is where you get to see my awesome results for the awesome "Project C"... So glad I got to try this one out. Right now, I'm on day three of this stuff. I haven't had the time to log it before now, so here we go.
Mon: Back/Delts/Neck
Tues: Chest/Bi/Tri
Wed: Legs/Abs
Repeat.
(Off day Sat.)
I'm not currently following a specific diet plan, but I'm aiming at a very clean diet and have had success without counting calories before, and look forward to doing so again. In-gym cardio is often minimum because I ride my bike/walk for long periods of time just about every night.
I weigh in at about 194lbs currently.

Sorry.... Been working allll the time, I haven't had the time to post in here.
I've been losing noticeable weight, gonna find out today what I weigh. My new job has me on my feet from morning to night, so I'm dropping fat without any specialized cardio, not to mention I ride my bike everywhere I go. (although I'm considering adding some specific cardio to truly get the best out of this cutting phase, because I want to FINaLLY have an impressive cut to brag about!)
Going in for my first lift since friday today, can't wait. Leg day:
Hack machine 4 sets 20, 12, 8, 8 (90, 200, 300, 300)
Smith Split Suat (my keyboard has a broken "kyeww" key lol) 4 sets 12, 12, 8, 8 (90, 90, 180, 180)
Leg Ekstention (broken "ekss" key too!) 4 sets 16, 16, 12, 12 (110, 110, 130, 130)
DB SLDL 4 sets 12, 12, 8, 8 )35, 35, 40, 40 (low weight, first time doing bent ekcersizes since severely injuring my lower back in jan) Superset w/ Lying leg curl same rep scheme (70, 70, 90, 90)
Seated calf 90, 140, 140, 150 (20, 12, 12, 8)
Rotary calf machine 150, 150, 190, 190 (20, 20, 12, 12)
Random abs (very light work to keep stress off lower back, mainly planks)
Sorry if this was annoying to read or if my typing sounds juvenile, I'm currently working with some broken keys...I've even been copy/pasting the letter "a" the whole time!

Very sorry for not updating often... I've been working all the time and going out immediately after.
I'm currently weighing in around 187lbs. I can see a great difference in vascularity, & overall look much leaner. Still alot of fat around the midsection, though. I feel that if I had been a little more dedicated, (or if i can find a way to control the munchies), I would be even leaner.
Diet has been pretty clean, minus some late-night pig-outs. My job has me on my feet for hours, so it attributes to much of the caloric disintegration.
Lifts remain consistant, with very few numbers going down. I haven't found myself getting weaker, but i've had to drop 2 or so reps from some sets. Further updates to come...
