Hi,
This is my first log of ANY Animal/Universal product. I do currently use Universal's "Women's Fitness Pack", though. I'm a 39 year old female, that has been fighting "The Battle of the Bulge", and am excited to test this product. I do cardio 5 times per week, and lift weights 3 times per week. This is not counting 2 very long walks in the woods and hills, with my "baby" Rottweiller, Mozart, (He's just over 1 year old, and weighs almost as much as I do.) And, all the exercise of keeping up with my husband mrdead. I will post stats up, the day I get my product. Thank you, Animal/Universal for giving me this great opportunity.

Good luck! My husband got me to try some Universal/Animal products, and have liked what results I got. Except for Cuts, but that may have been my diet and exercise.
Thank you.
You better!
Thank you. And, yes, he would.
I will do that! Thank you."Life is short, so keep your sense of humor and eat dessert first!"

I Finally Got it!
Okay, so as of this morning, I am 5' 2 1/2". Weight is 139. Bodyfat is 25% (eek!)
The first thing I noticed, this morning with my first dose, is the caffeine rush. This is unusual for me, since I can take Cuts, and still have 6 diet sodas and not feel anything. Tonight I will be doing 30 min of cardio and a 45 min walk with Mozart, my 118 pound Rottweiller. I've been doing some research on my diet, and am ready to give this my best. (I'm a big time carb-o-holic.)"Life is short, so keep your sense of humor and eat dessert first!"

Thank you all for your comments. I've had a bit of a side tracking concern, of late. My Rottweiller, Mozart, who also happens to be my cardio buddy, has a partial tear in his ACL, and has not been able to go out with me. Instead, I have had to resort to mrdead's psychopath of a Black Lab, Igor. Igor pulls like a mule on his leash, so I get both cardio and resistance training at the same time. And, as far as the cookie goes, I REALLY, REALLY, REALLY, want one, but I know it is not conducive to my goals. So, I've been good.

June 1st
Weight today, is 135.6
I've been doing my walks with Igor, instead of Mozart. Igor is our Black Lab, and Mozart is my Rottweiller. On the weekends, I've been going to the gym with my husband, Mr. Dead, and I've been trying to do his cardio and abs with him, as well. Energy is nice and steady, and my appetite isn't as bad, as it was before starting this."Life is short, so keep your sense of humor and eat dessert first!"
