Intro
Hey everyone! Here at it again with another Sponsored Log thanks to Universal/Animal. Will be testing out Project C. Very very eager to get this going
About Me
- 26 years old
- 6'2"
- 198 lbs. today
- Cutting like crazy
- Have yet to introduce a 'fat burner' into my cut/recomp that has saw me lose 32 lbs. thus far
Training/Cardio Schedule
TrainingCardio
- M-Push
- T-Pull
- W-Legs/Core
- T-Push
- F-Pull
- S-Legs/Core
- S-Off
- Higher reps, higher intensity. Always moving and sweating.
- After every training session(30-45 minutes)
- Sometimes in the evening as well
Supplements
- Animal Project C
- Sportpharma Multi-V - 1 tab with 2 meals
- Amino Acids - IntraWO, during the day
- Whey - morning/pre/post-workout/throughout the day
- CryoShock - PreWO
- BodyForge - Morning/Evenings
Diet
- Meal 1 - Whey shake
- Meal 2 - Protein, sometimes carbs
- Meal 3 - Protein
- Meal 4 - Protein
- Meal 5 - Sludge(whey, peanut butter)
- Meal 6 - Cottage Cheese
- I only track Protein, minimum 200g a day shooting for 250. Carbs are low if any. Fats are in moderation.
Well well the UPS man just hit my door. Perfect timing too as this is when I'll be taking my afternoon dose. 2 paks a day, lets go! I already worked out today, doing a Pull workout and 25 minutes of light cardio. Tomorrow will be the first full day with detailed workout log and comments on Project C. I just downed my pak and I'm feeling great!
So who's in for the ride???

First Morning
Well I woke up today and snapped some pics real fast and took some measurements. Here they are!

Training Comments:
Great workout. Tons of sweat pouring down me the whole time. When on the treadmill that was the hardest I've been sweating in a long time. Its crunch time and I'm ready to knock it out. Legs are not too sore right now, but I'm sure in a few hours it will be creeping up on me.
Project C Comments:
Project C seems to have a great stim to it. With Project C and 2 scoops of my normal CryoShock, I was buzzing. It was very intense and I was in the zone. From now on I will only be doing 1 scoops CryoShock as all of that is not necessary at all. Appetite has been down, taking pak 2 for today in a little while as I just ate.

Thanks man, always glad to have you along. From the tester thread...
...In Project C, there is 2 red caps, where-as most other Animal products only contain one(from my experience). So I'm not sure if the stims are double up or what, but this is a really powerful experience. So yea, CryoShock use will be going down and I'll add a half scoop of BodyForge in to make up.

About 40 minutes outside around town.

Project C Comments:
Took my second pak about 4ish. Just ate some chicken and a tomato after the evening walk. Appetite suppression is definitely there. I could of went longer without eating but knew it was time to eat.o_O

Its ok, like most cities/towns in the area it has its good and bad points. The biggest mall in the area, Southland, is here. Most of it is bigger roads, not a lot else.
As far as what its known for, I think all cities have a bad spot. Plus its just where my moms place is, my house is in Wayne. Thnxo_O
