I just got back from Orlando yesterday. Derek and I were at a trade show. I ate perfect the whole time and when we ate out, got dry chicken or tilapia and broccoli. I am 8 weeks out, 204lbs and LEAN. My quads are even getting some deep-ass cross striations!
Derek and I did legs Thursday and back, trap and bicep on Friday. Weekends are OFF for me now!
In 8 weeks, it will be a wonderful site! This is the ab condition I am going for, but I want to be leaner than this pic!
