Sounds like a plan to me, does anybody know what the all time record at that weight is? Thank you very much for the comments above.. Nothing like bending bars. The bar wasnt a deadlift bar, it was a regular Eleiko bar Nightmare to bend that thing..

I'm going to move up to 220 ready for the Europa show in august. I have just started my new training cycle yesterday, so now all I have to do is put some quality weight on. I feel confident that I will get 800+ in the summer. I have been receiving some help from my good friend Flex Lewis.

not sure man... i know Ron Palmer pulls in the 7's.... not sure if that was in the 198's though. im sure someone has this information though, im sure you not too far off if you were to compete in it!

Went for food with Flex last night, he had a film crew following him around for some show he's filming. Passed on the message to him for you, that's very nice of you to say my friend. Its people like yourself that make my training and competing worth it. Nothing better than to be appreciated

Im lifting at 198. Im doing the Ronnie Tommorrow, weigh in tonight so we'll see how that goes.
Im gearing all my training to a meet on July 21st this year.
Oh, I'll be shooting for 600lbs for the first time tommorrow!
