I think most of my sweep comes from the fact that I have smaller hips, and just structure. I still have a very hard time believeing that you can focus on certain parts of the quad more than others. I have this issue with my triceps, they don't really flair out much. They just go straight down. LOL
Though one thing is for sure, you came give the illusion of a good sweep if you simply have good development in that area, and you diet properly. Little smoke and mirrors with the posing goes a long way to.100% Natural Bodybuilding!

personaly I dont know for certain bc my legs have always been a good point, even before i started training them
i like to think close stance movements , feet close together, on any movements helped. hack squats may help idk.
