    Shoulders

whenever i do shoulder press or military press, it seems as though i always hit a wall after a few reps to the point where i can barely even lift my arms above my head without any weight.

is this a rotator cuff problem or an anterior delt problem?

Ehh could be a muscle endurance problem? You can train strength, endurance or a mix.. if you usually only do 4 - 6 reps at a high weight your muscles may not be well enough accustomed to longer periods of repetition. I have the same thing happen to me occasionally, I usually aim for sets of 6 - 10 reps to balance things out.

I'm only really throwing that out there as a possibility.

yes, Ballys is not vaguely a red zone poster....I had wondered about that myself also and I believe I started him on the uphill slope with some reps......
