Update
So, I think it's finally time to do this update thing... Like I said before, I really haven't felt much like updating lately. I've just been kind of burnt out on it. I've been super busy with school and work, as usual, which has been affecting my motivation. I'm still training hard, but I just really haven't been motivated in terms of bb'ing. Once I get everything sorted out and I'm not as busy, best believe your ass I will be back at it!
In other news, I haven't had meat in like 12 days. I ran into some digestion issues and any form of meat protein was aggrivating it, so I cut it out entirely for the time being. I have been feeling pretty good and may see how the vegetarian thing goes... I guess we'll see.
I haven't been taking many pics of my food lately either, but here are a few that I snapped.

I actually tweaked a baked donut recipe I found on the web (I subbed smart balance for butter and almond milk instead of dairy). It was :
30g.flour
30g.ww flour
1 egg
5g.splenda
cinnamon
nutmeg
1/3 cup almond milk
1tblspoon melted smart balance
I sprayed the donut maker with cooking spray and they were good to go. I topped the chocolate icing ones with cocoa powder + splenda + a little water to make a paste. They were delish.

Christmas Eve kicked off at my Nana's house in Burbank. Chilled over there for a few hours before heading over to Sarah's house to enjoy a nice, Polish Christmas Eve dinner. Then got in bed around 1am and was up early for Christmas morning with the fam.
Christmas day was great. Time with family, relaxing, tons of cookies, and plenty of spiked egg nog. Good stuff. I literally had a plate of cookies next to me during my deadlift session lol. I'm pretty much cookied out though (never thought I would say that), so I will be avoiding stuff like pop tarts, oreos, etc for the next couple of weeks lol.
Nothing much else to note... I've been feeling pretty strong in the gym and I think 5/3/1 works well for me. I plan on running it for at least a few more cycles. If it ain't broke, don't fix it.

I hope everyone had a good NYE! Mine was pretty fun. Sarah and I went out, but came home early to hang out at her place. Her parents had a get together, and there was plenty of food and booze. I only indulged in a couple choice brews from New Glarus, while Sarah had a beer with me and a bit of wine. It was a relaxed evening, but I didn't get into bed until about 1:30, and I woke up before 8. Needless to say, I didn't have quite the amount of energy I wished for my deads. I was pleased with the workout, however, and my back is definitely feeling beat up .
I will report back later today or tomorrow with a bit of food pron (Don't have much)*Professional comic book geek* *semi-pro cartoon collector* *full time nerd*
