Do expired Pre-Workouts make you almost sh!t your pants?

Anyone else have this issue? I am on my last tub of ANS Ritual which is now expired and it makes me rush to the bathroom a couple of times during my workout. The tub I used prior (wasn’t expired) did not do this.

I have the same issue with the Dy Pre. I have two tubs, one a few months expired and I get the runs from it. I opened a new, non expired one and it doesn’t give me these issues.

I just consider the pre game poop as part of the workout.

Pre-workouts make everyone sh*t, look at the garbage that's in there. Drink water before or during a workout, you might have to ween yourself of the pre-work addiction, but after a few weeks you realize how much money you are wasting, and you don't need them at all.

Well I downed a scoop of Jack3d with a can of Pepsi and I'm still alive. It kicked in but not enough that I felt jittery. No diarrhea but I did push out a couple of logs 2 hours later. I'll try 2 scoops next time.

Lol. I think it's part of weight loss advertisement.
I've had those iszues with specific flavors. Like c4 blue razz, but not others. I think it has to do with flavoring/coloring which irritates mucosa.
