Thanks for the mention. Don't stop by here very often anymore - a lot of the people I really enjoyed and followed aren't around now. Still hitting the gym 3 or 4 days a week in the summer (try to golf once a week). In the Winter I am usually there 5 days a week - I still have some goals - lol. The best thing in my life is the 11 grandkids - we spend as much time with them as possible (except the 4 that live a plane ride away). Most of them play sports so we try to make most of their games as well.
Hope your training is going well and that life is good - Take care

I really don't know. I have been here since 2004, but since I wasn't a snapper, I was an outsider. A loner. Sort of being in high school and wearing braces or being in the band. I really was in the band in high school. The drill team loved me, but another guy won the Drum Major position only because he was a senior and I was a junior. My first experience with politics. However, that didn't prevent me from taking the drill team bus to many of the out of town football games and having more fun than a high school junior should be allowed to have. It didn't matter if we won or lost, it was me against about 20 drill team girls all of whom I love to this day.
This is why flirting is my second profession.

Yeah, well sorry about that. Someone temporarily hacked my account. I’m pretty sure it was Cassie Sassie. Her beauty is just a disguise to reel you in and just when you think you have fallen in love, she takes your soul, but strangely enough she leaves your money. She is the ultimate playah. She plays your emotions until you give in to her spell. When you wake up the next day, you wonder what happened. Did we or didn’t we? She is like a drug. An enchanting thirst for more. But, what can you do when the international woman of mystery vanishes and leaves you with a broken heart. The pain is real and you wonder if she will ever return. The only thing left is Britanny Spears playing over and over.

Kevin and I call each other on the phone very often I went to Atlanta to meet him and he came to the Bronx to chill with me, just got off the phone with him last week.
He got a new job, remarried, bought a new home and is doing exceptionally well. He doesn't lift any more nor does he have the desire to do so. He still likes to drink and smoke his cigs.On the list for Bannukah

Nice to hear that he is doing well...He was always one of my favorite posters. I thought he quit smoking awhile back.
Just curious...what led him to quit lifting? TBH, I don't particularly like lifting, but I love what it does for me, especially as I get older. For that reason, I can't imagine giving it up.It takes a big man to cry, but it takes a bigger man to laugh at that man.
