Same as above in needing to try that flavor. Also the other flavor just because. I actually sort of liked one of the original flavors, blue maybe, but not the other much.

Placed a few orders for protein. After dragging my feet for so long due to 5 pound tubs and so expensive I pulled the trigger on 3 flavors of the Merica Labz Patriot's Whey. Ordered from here the Double Stuffed and Fortuitous Keepsakes and the Yankee Doodle elsewhere (only because not offered here). I also got 2 each of the Bodybuilding protein bars. I had the original 2 flavors and really liked them so wanted to try the new flavor, which I hear is really good and possibly the best, along with the other flavors again. Added in a EAA Max Energy Pink Lemonade since I like the EAA Max flavors and wanted to try this for my afternoon energy shot drink or early morning bike workouts.

I don't know how long I'll hold up with my intense workouts at 40. Since starting back at the gym Wednesday and also today I am trying to get exercise in everyday. Gym days, Monday, Wednesday and Friday, I wake up at 4, bike for 25 to 30 minutes, take pre then hit the gym for an hour or so. I am doing the allowed exercises by my PT along with abs and legs. Humbling to only bench the bar and only being able to go to parallel with the elbows. Basically going with form, lighter weight and good squeeze and use of muscle. Probably going to be my plan moving forward due to injuries and age. Anyway, on off days I get up at about 5:10 and ride bike for 60+ minutes on Tuesday and Thursday then some light stretches and rehab exercises and Saturday and Sunday bike for 80 to 90 minutes followed by my exercises.

Too much? Maybe but I have felt pretty good since my surgery and have worked out pretty much every morning since.

Just being active is great for your health, you do not need to be lifting 'heavy' or shooting for maxes. Keeping rest times shorter and higher reps with a bit lighter weight can lead to progressive overload too without the harder strain of higher weight.

I have no idea if these are new or if my store just started carrying them, but they are delicious, on par with Peanut Butter Captain Crunch IMO; they don't rip your mouth up though. Pretty spot on (for cereal) peanut butter cookie taste.

Needed laundry detergent..... and these. Since you seem to be the forum’s cereal connoisseur I couldn’t pass these up. Last one you recommended was awesome (sugar cookie crunch) and my kid ate it all after I got the first bowl and that’s huge so now I rely on you.

How are some of your guys A1C levels? holy moly I can't eat that much sugar I know it's a myth or whatever. I just really am not trying to get type 2 diabetes which my father has.

5.7 last time I had it checked in January.

5.4 as of Nov. I used to be type 2 until I lost 120 lbs. but that doesn't appear to be your problem. Keep an eye on it.

straight coconut flavor and it's been a while since years ago M&S had a good one.

That's what I did when I pushed up to 270lbs and besides getting sick of cereal after 4 months of doing this and getting really strong from all the calories, no problem.

Been meaning to post my thoughts on OL’s protein. Got the Toucan Twist (Fruit Loops) awhile back. It’s probably the best fruity cereal flavor I’ve tried. Little bits of Fruit Loops pieces throughout...and by “little” I mean like itty-bitty crumbs. So for those who hate mix-ins with their protein, it won’t bother you.

Mixes a bit thicker, about like PES. No chemical aftertaste. I haven’t tried it as a shake and doubt I will, but mixed in oats it’s a very well done flavor. A bit sweet, but that’s to be expected.

My guess is that it is not a straight coconut flavor. Since they said coconut ice cream it’s probably coconut with a base like their cereal milk.

I'd compare the pieces in that protein to being like fruity pebbles.
That Fruit Loop flavor and really liked it. I also tried the Blueberry flavor and it was okay.

I recently got MAN Iso-Protein Fruit Loop flavor and it's exactly like the OL protein. A little thinner(isolate of course) and without the cereal pieces.

Was going to come in and say..... Last night I had like nearly 3 servings of the cereal with protein mixed milk and I woke up feeling like DA MAN!!! Going to have to try it as my post workout and see what happens.

It seems like the recent trend these days...

Any has any experience with pain in the foot? Specifically on the upper and lower part of the toe next to the smallest..

Sort of swollen area.. the pain gets triggered with any sort of pressure on that side.. been having it for a while now.. like two months.. gets worse after cardio or leg Day...

X-ray and blood test were fine.. physio says it isn't joint or bone related either...

Any input?
