I either timewarped through this or I was broke at the time, because I don't remember it happening.

I’m baffled how those didn’t go quick. If I had a rack they worked on I would have been first in line.

Actually feel the same way and Mech did offer them to me. was a stupid move on my part. My only consolation is that my rack is right up near the ceiling so maybe it wouldnt have fit!

Honestly, the indexable chin up attachment is one my favorite equipment for back work in my gym, way better than regular chin up bar. My only regret is not buying a second set as the first one is on my functional trainer and i would like to have a second set on my rack so i could leave fat grip on one set and regular handles on the other ... I did not use my regular chin up bars since i got these

I feel like the resale on the ML mono hooks alone will be pretty damn good, especially if its to someone on this forum

Depends on your location.. wouldn't want to ship them badboys. But yeah, the right buyer would (and should) probably pay retail.

I think my keyhole Rogue Monster Monolifts are probably worth more than my rack at this point. They are so nice and pretty rare, from what I remember. I'm stuck with my rack FOREVER due to those beauties. Almost any time I post on IG, people ask me who built my monolifts and if they can get some. Ha.

Mech's monos are the reason I'm never upgrading my rack.

I bought Mech's monos a year before I bought my rack.

Which rack did you go with? Going 1” holes or drop ins?

So I finally put my inverse curl back together after sandblasting off the original spray paint job and powder coating it a few years ago. Also zinc plated the selector backbone. I'll test out the new knee pad in a few days.

Last step is I'd like to vinyl cover the rear roller pads. The top one is actually from a commercial leg extension machine. Ordered it as a replacement part from distributor (wherever Alex got his leg extension, it's the same company). Canadian, so cheap shipping. I noticed later they actually distribute the wsb machines up here also, so I probably should of tried to grab the actual pad. But I bet it's 3x the price. This one should work fine.

John, you can buy these listed above and get a sleeve to shim the the pin from 5/8" to 1" from McMaster-Carr for only a few dollars.
Now OK for Sig line to be a novel

The locking pin wouldn't be ideal, you'd have to sleeve part of it and insert it from the rear (no joke). But yes, it's possible.

I'd consider selling my 3x3, 1" monos but I'm pretty firm at $10,000 and you cover shipping

Why , are you planning to replace your legend rack with Sorinex Apex rack with FCC, Lat pull down and Jammer arms?

Even getting 10K for monos would still be hard to justify Sorinex prices. Also, I still have an emotional relationship with my current rack. I think my wife is jealous

I assembled it according to y'all's tips. Partially tighten all bolts, then load up the rack with weights. I loaded 2 barbells, one on the J cups, one on the safety straps. Both weighed about 500 pounds each. In addition, I also put about another 450 pounds on the weight pegs. Only then did I use a ratchet and wrench to fully tighten each bolt as hard as I could. So my question is this: is it normal for a rack of this size to sway when I shake it side to side? Or if I"m doing muscle ups on the pull up bars, it's okay that it's swaying just a little? It makes me feel a little uneasy, but if it's normal, that'll put my mind at ease. Anyways, here are the pics below:
Beautiful rack, but it's not one of Mech's glorious creations. You'd do better posting in the Rogue or look what I bought today thread.

If I had put keyholes on a rack they'd be used for something.
