Honestly, the indexable chin up attachment is one my favorite equipment for back work in my gym, way better than regular chin up bar. My only regret is not buying a second set as the first one is on my functional trainer and i would like to have a second set on my rack so i could leave fat grip on one set and regular handles on the other ... I did not use my regular chin up bars since i got these

Depends on your location.. wouldn't want to ship them badboys. But yeah, the right buyer would (and should) probably pay retail.
I think my keyhole Rogue Monster Monolifts are probably worth more than my rack at this point. They are so nice and pretty rare, from what I remember. I'm stuck with my rack FOREVER due to those beauties. Almost any time I post on IG, people ask me who built my monolifts and if they can get some. Haven't been able to "rep" many of you for a year or more...not for lack of trying.

So I finally put my inverse curl back together after sandblasting off the original spray paint job and powder coating it a few years ago. Also zinc plated the selector backbone. I'll test out the new knee pad in a few days.
Last step is I'd like to vinyl cover the rear roller pads. The top one is actually from a commercial leg extension machine. Ordered it as a replacement part from distributor (wherever Alex got his leg extension, it's the same company). Canadian, so cheap shipping. I noticed later they actually distribute the wsb machines up here also, so I probably should of tried to grab the actual pad. But I bet it's 3x the price. This one should work fine.Last edited by Mech6; 12-11-2018 at 07:33 PM.
