That feel when you've worked up an awesome bloat all day to bench previouse 1RM for multiple sets and you flush it all down the toilet 5 minutes before training...

I learned with an F6 before using an SK, definitely more forgiving. I liked it, easy enough. SK wasn't too bad just hard to break in the material compared to F6 I found. Neither were ultra tight though.
And yes can confirm 2018 is the comeback year for everyone lmao.

After seeing a hard workout you may want to complain and want others to pity you for the work you have to do. Your mom will pity you. Your girl will pity you. I may pity you, but your competition will not pity you. They will step on you, walk over you and spit on you. Boris Sheiko

What the hell did you do??
I got size 50 when my chest was measuring 51.
I don’t.....regret buying the F6. It was cheap enough and the whole reason I got into single ply was for bench. Easy to break in. My groove didn’t have to change a lot.
But it was night and day getting into the SK and yeah the material is a bitch to get broken in. Did all that training and went into the meet jacking the arms and screwed my whole meet up. Even going through the training for this one now that I have the arms where/how I want them I just got the material where I feel good with it and can handle weight.

moving from an F6 to SK and promptly throwing 500 on the bar in my first session and slaughtering it for reps off a board was one of my favorite moments in my whole powerlifting career
then I tore my pec in it with a 450 touch at a local meet and I haven't really done any equipped benching since...I miss it so badBest total @ 198: 1520 @ 195.4 - 575/360/585

Startin to throw some squats with wraps back in again. I always find a bit of overloading helps my no wraps squat. Anyone else find this? I just kinda use them like I use a slingshot.

I don't mind buying more than one shirt. F6 seems like the place to start. What about sizing? They list 3 different sizes based on chest size. Comp, meet and regular. Would it be bad to not size up on a first shirt? Also, what about sizes for girls? same as for guys? under the arms, widest part of chest.

Well now I’m super excited. All this shirt talk and something was bothering me. My collar trim is black on my SK. So after my gear meet in April I was entering a raw. Now I have an excuse to buy a new shirt.
Still, collar doesn’t ride up with the SK like the F6.
I ordered both the F6 and SK measuring with the size from the widest part of my chest. Chest was 51 so ordered 50 in both.
Still got 80lbs out of the F6. With the SK 140lbs over my raw best was a struggle to touch unless I descend faster.
Just my 2 cents.

Man it is crazy how many really good lifters just seem to fall off the face of the earth for no apparent reasons. Injuries I can understand but a lot of guys just seem to fade out of the sport. Was just just thinking about some great guys who you don't see anymore. Definitely gives credence to what I always heard from the true goats like Coan etc that being great is about lasting in the sport a long time.
Brent Willis, Kade Weber, Vince Urbank, Travis Ortmayer, etc. Lots of them, I know Kade is still really young, I'd love to see him come back. Not sure how old or Brent is but he was hitting some insane weights a few years ago.YouTube: http://www.youtube.com/user/NorthStrongSC

That's just the nature of the sport really. It's a young man's game. This chit causes so much stress to our joints/tendons/etc - even with good intelligently thought-out programming - that most people's body's just can't handle it for a long period of time. The people who can are the anomalies.
