Finished my first cut, could I get an estimate please. Three relaxed photos attached. 6'4, 185lbs.

Hi Guys! This is me. I didn't know this thread would exist, I only found it after I searched "estimate my body fat" to see what subforum was best.
So first I took not exactly relaxed photos.
Instead, on the left two of flexed.jpg, I got a very slight pump (mostly arms) and I wasn't really happy so on the right one of flexed.jpg I pumped my abs and chest and arms just a bit more. In all three of flexed.jpg I'm flexing! (additionally you may want to note that the angle is from a bit high (cuz it looks better).
However, after i found this thread and saw that it requested unflexed, natural poses, I took some natural ones, which I'm including as unflexed.jpg
This is completely relaxed. (Though may have a slight pump from the steps I took above) - I'm not flexing at all.
My height is 5'10.5" (179 cm) and my weight is 181 lbs / 82.5 kg.
So this is me. So I have two questions:
* What is your estimate of my BF%?
* WHAT WORKOUT (AND DIET) REGIME DO YOU RECOMMEND FOR GETTING ABS THAT SHOW! (I'm flexing my abs in all of the first pictures, as you can see to no avail!)
Could you suggest SPECIFIC exercises as well as whether I need to cut very drastically? Right now this is what I do: I do leg lefts; planks; bicycle crunches with a lot of extra weight, and, sometimes, use an ab isolation machine in the gym. Obviously this is not enough. So if you know how to get me abs, let's hear it. Also thanks for any estimate of my BF%. I know "abs are made in the kitchen" so this is why I'm not sure if I need to be cutting more or working my abs out more!
Thanks, everyone.

Update image.... progress????
I'm not thick replying to my own message, but I wondered what people think now? It's 3 months on. One big holiday of eating and drinking, and wondered what people make to the progress? If any? And what I'm looking at now in terms of body fat.
It's slow progress - not meant to have a 6 pack.
Like most - I'm after the abs for the summer holiday...Last edited by Michael3011; 05-28-2017 at 02:16 AM.

Hi all, first post. I appreciate any help you can give!
I am 5' 9.5" and started the year at 162 lb. I have cut down to 144 lb (as of this morning), but still think my bf% is quite a bit higher than my goal of 12%. My questions are:
1) Can you all help with an estimate of current bf%? I have a few pictures in my Bodyspace
2) I have been doing P90x to cut and am almost done with week 9 now. I am obviously lacking in muscle, so I'd like recommendations as to whether I should continue working towards 12% before I begin bulking, or if I should start now.
144 pounds seems pretty low for my height. I have a long torso and short legs, so I tend to store fat around my midsection. Legs have hardly any fat at all (I am also a runner). Thanks in advance for any tips!

Thanks! (Was hoping for 15% but I'll take it, considering I was well over 20% to start)
Would you recommend relatively short bulk/cut cycles for a beginner such as myself? I would hate to regain the fat I've lost, since I will be starting at a higher bf% than what I typically see recommended for bulking to begin.

I'd get down to 15% and then slowly bulk. No more than 2lbs/month for at least 6 months. Then when you cut again, you'll have more to work with. If you bulk at 2lbs/month for 6 months, and then cut at 1lb/week for 3 months, you'll be at the same weight you started at, but should have more muscle and less fat.
You can't help the hopeless.

35% is a killer. Gotta get started
One quick bit of advice and then I'll not post again about it on this thread if you will. I don't have much lbm and have too much fat. What approach should I take in terms of nutrition (I know how to calculate macros etc - that's not what I'm asking). Should I cut because of the fat or should I build because of the low lbm?
Thanks

Can some members please estimate my body fat %? The scale told me 25% but have been informed the scales are not accurate. So far one member said the scale looks like it actually gave me a lucky guess, but would like to head a few more estimates to know where I am at, then I will udate my body space in about 4-6 weeks.
Height 5'3.5, waist 26.5, abdomen at navel 28.5, hip 35.25, bust 35.5
