yeah, inb4 80 pages and you have to find where one week ends and one begins vs. weekly thread, reference links to past weeks....only problem is if one of the mods cant make the new thread when it's time. so it's easier for a sea thread.

If you're sincerely afraid of that, don't do it. My doctor personally isn't a fan of power lifting because of the amount of blood that's forced out of the heart during these lifts but he does mention that warming up properly will allow someone with a healthy heart to not tax their heart terribly when attempting these kinds of lifts.
I imagine the best way to warm up for rep maxing on this would be probably around 4-6 sets (of 10 or so reps) gradually increasing the weight.
