Be tea dub, I changed my training protocol today. I didn't plan for it; I just decided I had enough of the high rep sets.
Did 10x3 front squats and then 2x3 conventional deadlifts (will up this to 5x3). Finished off with some core work and called it a day. I meant to do some grip stuff as well, but I ran out of time. I woke up pretty late (08:00), so I didn't even have the time to eat breakfast properly.

I don't know whether to laugh or weep at his eagerness to join and then the thought that it is some long due process to review, process and accept "applicants".
I think due to all of it, I vote Nay.
lol makes me think of "Along Came Polly", when he even points out how much time he has spent placing and removing the pillows each day & night.
"Throw Pillows" to be specific. F*cking worthless things until you have a bunch of drunk people stay and any sort of pillow is better than nothing.-

We refer to the main ones that line the couch (are a part of it or whatever) as cushions. But the additional ones that females put on there, we call throw pillows.
Like in that picture you posted about women logic. The dark blue cushions that you'd be sitting on directly as part of the couch we call cushions. But all of those little multi-colored ones are the throw pillows.-

You almost weigh 100 kg, so yes, a pistol squat is not bad. I still prefer heavy-ass squats, though.
P.S. I just watched your 'carbine pistol match' video. HAd to convert and then download it since YT was being a bitch the other day. How good is your aim? Did you get a lot of head-shots when shooting those 'man targets'?

My aim is pretty good. I know the video is limited in that the targets are often out of frame.
I only took headshots on the targets that were designated as headshot required, which were often just a head/shoulders poking out from behind cover so there wasn't much choice anyway. For most people (military, law enforcement, self defense, whatever) the default aiming point is going to be COM (center of mass) or high COM, for a variety of reasons. Intentionally headshots aren't a terribly common thing, really, in the real world of defensive shooting.
The only stage where I had complete misses wasn't on the video. It required shooting the rifle and the pistol from the right side and the left side, with only one hand for the pistol. I really need to work on my left hand only pistol shooting.
