Can be stove, bake, instant pot..etc My vote is instant pot roast. Just need to pick up a chuck roast, potatoes, carrots..etc whatever you want maybe some broth or onion soup mix for more flavor and press a button... Little meat, little veggies, fiber, carbs. All you need.

Thats one rep max so under 300 for reps. Also my romanian deadlift is stuck at 315 and need to use straps to do more than a rep. How do I get past this road block? I just find them kinda scary, squats being the scariest but romanian deadlift less scary.
