maybe i'll get somthin more recent up later.
never really stick to diet so much.. as long as i get my protein. had a few eggmcmuffins n about 20 beers last night!
if i feel like i over-ate, i just jog a bit in the gym/rest less between sets with slightly higher reps. i also do muay thai/rockclimb/swim, etc.. try to stay active. ima admit, i'm nowhere near where i wana be - so decided i'd sign up n maybe pick up some knowledge/inspiration!

use to be very skinny although can't find any pictures to compare with myself now. but pretty happy with my progress so far! (pictures are few months old)

90 days transformation
Finished a p90x hybrid workout, substituting heavy legs and chest workout at the gym for kenpo and yoga. Other wise I followed the sched the best I could.
Started at 152 now I'm 162. Definetly not done, looking to hit 170-175 and really define everything.
