Became diet and nutrition conscious in May, 07 after I started reading these forums. Towards the end of August, 2007 - I began weight lifting. Prior to that I mainly just did cardio / walking / running. Noticed awesome weight loss with the introduction of weight lifting, and after learning a bit more about proper form and techniques - I began to enjoy lifting more than cardio.
When I was in High School, I weighed 250lbs and wore a size 44+ pant. I was insanely depressed and had no confidence. After lots of work - I am to where I am now. My confidence and motivation in life has skyrocketed, but I still have a long way to go.
Lately, I've introduced cardio conditioning to my workout - complexes and plyometric / body weight type of routines. These are usually done intra or post weights. I have no formal 'fighting / boxing / MAA' training, but I want to start eventually. Because of this, I try to gear my workout routine towards helping me with this goal in the future.

subbed!
'Cause sometimes you just feel tired, you feel weak
And when you feel weak you feel like you want to just give up
But you gotta search within you, you gotta find that inner strength
And just pull that *** out of you and get motivation to not give up
And not be a quitter, no matter how bad you want to just fall flat on your face and collapse.
