it is a muscle, but not a striated one like the bicep, its made of smooth muscle like most of your organs

yes the kidney is an organ but its lined with muscle. like i said not nesicarly striated muscle but a type of muscle none the less

my back. when I start bodybuilding, I used to hate back training and sometime I was skipping back workout. But my back grow so faster than my other bodypart, so it become my favorite

My shoulders always have been quite huge even when i didnt work out, i would also say my forearms are coming on very well since ive put alot of effort into them.
