How many of you train legs?
I really hope most of you do. Especially considering this is a bodybuilding forum.
Oh, and NO, running, jogging, soccer etc. DOES NOT count as a "leg workout". I'm tired if seeing that ****.
Just curious to see the poll results. Anything less than 95% is gonna be really disappointing.
Later,
-Nick

i have just discovered that training legs is the most important if u want a strong upper body due to natural GH/test released

I train them, but I keep it really simple. On 'lower' day (upper/lower split) all I do is SLDL and leg press. 6 sets of each.

Here is why you should always work your legs:
Quote:
|
"You've hit on the key issue here. When you suspend a weight over the entire body, that it's unaccustomed to, it brings more of the bodies 600 plus muscles into play. They fire on and off like crazy, acting as stabilizers through the assent and descent to keep you from toppling over. This makes a wave of stress hormones wash through the system and that's what stimulates the tremendous Growth Hormone release. No other exercise involves so many muscles, or stimulates anywhere near as much GH release as the free squat. That's why it truly is "The King of Exercises"."

Of course. Unfortunately though I can't right now because I busted my leg in a motorcycle accident. I even see 70 year old women working their legs. It would be awesome to see them doing some squats.

training legs are very important. even if you were bbing for girls... girls dont like chicken legs. but in my case i am pretty happy with my leg size. only for strength. i dont want them any bigger(serious).
25 inches is good enough for me. finding jeans already sucks.
