Hi all first off I know the drill about the basics clean food pre and post workout meals and night time stuff. I am not going to go hardcore with everything but what I feel are the basics for now. Once I get into decent shape and have my base I'll add some serious stuff and other muscle mass products. Right now I am focusing on leaning out some fat, having my muscle memory get back. I am confident I will have fast gains of old muscle that is just out of tone.
I did nothing but research stuff on here today and see what got good reviews and overall positive reviews.. I am not interested in having ANY Stimulants for fat burners. I am not able to handle them.
Here is what I am about to order. I am open to any comments suggestions or whatever..

Not to be cocky but money isn't my main concern on those. I would like to save some money buying 5/10lb jugs but I haven't tasted those and feel safer making a small investment. If I pick up that 10lber and I hate it for whatever reason, I'm stuck! I do appreciate you trying to help me out though. I will buy bigger jugs once I know what tastes good to me!

I was looking into them and those products sound amazing. However after being out for years, I am going to take it slow slow slow. I won't be silly and try to put up anything remotely heavy before having my body use to the idea of pumping 'heavy' weight again. I am thinking at least 1 month of light sets of 3x15-20 then working on doing 16-12-8 sets until I am ready to work up harder.
I failed to mention this but I am not really planning to do hardcore training, more of a cutting/lean muscle gains until I figure out if I can go heavy without hurting myself (fibro, see sig) My Doc told me not to lift over 40lbs, but before my condition was very bad I was 200lb+ 15%bf and a member of the 1100lb club I have the mass still, but I am very fat compared to my training days.Last edited by fizler; 01-07-2008 at 09:40 PM.
