This is my first post, not really sure how or where to start J. There doesn?t seem to be an ?intro/new member? section, so here I go?.
I have been a ?member? here for sometime, but never really posted just lurked (that feels like such a dirty word). Anyway, I have been reading along for some time and found lots of good recommendations for supplements, diets, etc. I started Jan 1st of 2007 at 280 lbs and as of today, I am at 232 lbs. I would like to loose another 20lbs or so while not loosing any muscle. During the past year I have used MAN Scorch, Gaspari Thyrotabs (on of my favorites), Gaspari Cytolean, DS Lean Xtreme. Green tea. I took the Xmas holiday off and went a little nuts (gained 5 pounds) but I am now getting it back together.
My current cut stack is: E/C and Thryotabs, which I started on the 2nd. I plan to add Lean Xtreme around 3-4 weeks into the cycle. Additionally, I may cycle the E/C with Leviathan reloaded every 3 weeks. Heck, I might even do a log, but if feels kind of weird to be talking this way about myself.
I have been lifting weights off and on for 18 years with some longer lapses on the off side in recent years.
Anyway, just wanted to say hi and thanks for helping me out this last year.

Welcome back. Be careful with all those fat burners. Generally what happens is you lose a bunch of weight because of the fat burners and still eat poorly bringing all the weight back. Make sure you educate yourself about proper nutrition on the way to your weight loss goal so the weight never comes back. Great work so far!

I'm on the extreme side, but I have been cutting since mid October so I can step on stage April 5th. I've done all the cutting from cardio, nutrition, sleeping and weight training. I aim to cut about 1-2 pounds a week. I stepped on the scales today at 187.1. I started at 199.
People ask whats your macro's at, but I do not count macro's. I do it all by instinct and how my mind and body feel. I found a good amount of my instinct from reading magazines and the book "Encyclopedia of Bodybuilding".
If you feel great, your poop is solid, and your urine is clear with a light shade of yellow, then I would say, "Keep on doing what your doing." Sorry I'm not a M.D., so my wording isn't the most politically correct. I also look for bags under my eyes, and a full look to my muscles in the morning.
