25 pull ups
50 pushups
50 dead lifts
50 hops up onto a 2 foot box
50 floor wipers
50 clean and press
25 pull ups
I am in between travels with one day at home so I think I may do this tomorrow at the gym as a full body workout since I can't do my normal split this week.
How long to rest in between exercises?

You just have to complete the circuit as fast as you can. They don't necessarily mean 50 of XXXX and then 50 of XXXX2 at one time. If you fatigue while doing a specific exercise you catch your breath for as long as you need to push out more until you can move on to the next exercise and complete the circuit.
Also fyi the pullups aren't strict. They kip (which 50 kipping is still pretty hard)
