Ok i'm trying to come up with a cheap bulking diet....right now i weigh 170 and i would like to get to 180ish by the end of the summer...i would like to eat around 180-200 gs of protein a day....i strongly dislike tuna so thats not an option...right now heres some of the ideas im thinking about
2 or 3 scoops of whey protein a day
bowel of oatmeal in the morning
im thinking maybe like some frozen tv dinners? or perhaps teaching myself to cook lol....
and half a gallon of milk a day? im just throwin ideas out right now if anyone could give me some more...thanks in advance

yeah why do people buy seperated egg whites...when you can buy CHEAP AS **** whole eggs. hardboil them and eat the egg whites..thats like the cheapest protein source...ever....except for like a tub of whey. i got 30whole eggs for a buck where i am.
