Apologies for ANOTHER vs. thread but I couldn`t find anything using search. Is there a difference as to what muscles are targeted for cable pushdowns depending on an overhand or underhand grip?

great variation
try attaching 2 single grip metal handles to a tricep pushdown and hold each one with palms facing up (knuckles together)

Cool thats what I though you meant. So I just attach two of these to a high cable pulldown with an underhand grip, knuckles touching and pull down?
